When you book

The booking form asks for your name, the date and time you want to come and the size of your group. Your phone number, email address and a note are optional. We send these details by email to our team so we know you are coming, and we use them only for your visit. The website doesn't keep a copy and we never sell or share them.

The booking email stays in our inbox. Ask us any time and we'll delete it.

When you message us

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or on social media, those services handle your message under their own privacy terms. We use what you send only to reply to you.

What the website measures

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, which sets cookies in your browser. It doesn't tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting bookings.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

Your choices

You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them by emailing info.swingceylon@gmail.com.
